Anuttara, founded by Roberta Arlenghi, it is a place dedicated  to residential Yoga workshops. Near Milan, easily reached from Orio al Serio Airport the Center is located in a sixteenth-century farmhouse, in a green, hilly place of the Italian countryside.

A quiet and bright scenery offers itself to whom, not experienced, would like to approach Yoga, or would like to deepen one’s knowledge, or  to whoever wants to find a sense of wellbeing from a new discovery of harmony between body and mind.

The Centre offers Yoga Iyengar-method courses throughout the year, and organises retreats with very well-known teachers.
